Vaping is one of the most relaxing, efficient, and tasty ways to incorporate CBD hemp oil into your daily life.
The downside, however…is that most CBD vapes are made with Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin, which aren’t great for your health. If you’re looking to support your body with CBD, you’re probably doing so because you care about what goes into it. This means, if you choose to vape, you may be unsure about the PG/VG base in most vapes.
Those ingredients used to be necessary to keep CBD evenly distributed throughout a vape oil. However, thanks to new research and experimentation, we’ve developed this new Alternate Vape formulation, made with MCT (coconut) oil instead of PG/VG.

Serving Instructions (Vape)
Everyone is different so these are general recommendations based on a 150lb adult. Since this is a super food it's almost like asking "how much broccoli should I eat?" I can make suggestions. But it's really going to vary quite a bit from person to person as you experiment and find what amount works best for you. Also due to FDA regulations we can not list or make specific serving recommendations. 
Most people begin with 5-10 puffs 2 times a day and increase as needed.
